Welcome to Big Swing Golf. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All of our products are made to order. This means that once you place an order, production begins specifically for you. Because of this:

Products may have varying production and delivery times.
Stock availability is dependent on our suppliers.
If delivery timing is important (for example, for a special occasion), you must contact us before placing your order to confirm estimated timelines.

2. Deliveries

We aim to deliver all products within 14 days of purchase. However, delivery times may vary depending on supplier stock levels, courier services, and other factors outside of our control.

Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by suppliers, couriers, or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the item has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct. We cannot take responsibility for items lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom. International deliveries are not available at this time.

3. Refunds and Returns

Please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy for full details. In summary:

Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 5 working days of delivery, with photos and details provided. We will replace or refund at no extra cost to you.
As all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or if the item is no longer required.
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this point, production may have already begun, and cancellation is not guaranteed.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).
Payment is required at the time of order. Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.
