All products are made to order.
If you are ordering for a special occasion and delivery timing is vital, please contact us before placing your order to confirm that our suppliers have the necessary stock and to discuss expected delivery times.

Refunds & Returns

We want you to love your order. If there is a problem, here’s how we can help:

Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 5 working days of delivery with photos and details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Change of Mind: Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items simply due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or if the item is no longer required.
Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have started, and we are unable to guarantee cancellation or refund.
